Destination
Nice
Nice is where the Riviera stops performing and simply lives.

A real city
Nice has museums that are worth an afternoon, a Vieille Ville that smells of the market at eight in the morning, and restaurants where nobody is looking to be photographed. For a first introduction it is often the most comfortable choice on the coast: easy to reach, easy to leave, and entirely unremarkable to be seen in.
Evenings
Dinner in the Carré d'Or, a concert or an opera, a long walk along the Promenade when the light goes violet, and a hotel where the staff have seen everything and remember nothing. If you are here for business, an elegant evening rescues an otherwise forgettable trip.
Departures
Nice Côte d'Azur is the practical starting point for the international engagements I accept — a private week in the Mediterranean, a city in Northern Europe, a departure at dawn. Travel is arranged separately and confirmed well in advance.

An introduction in Nice
A courteous call is the natural first step. Forty-eight to seventy-two hours of notice is preferred.
