The short version

This website collects nothing. There is no contact form, no newsletter, no account, no analytics and no advertising. Two small technical values are stored inside your own browser, and nothing else leaves your device because of this site.

1. Who is responsible

Charlotte Varenne — independent self-employed activity, reachable by telephone at +33 6 12 34 56 78. Requests concerning your personal data may be made on that number.

2. What the website stores

Two values are written to your browser's local storage. They are not cookies, they are never sent to a server, and they contain nothing that identifies you:

• cv.age — records that you confirmed your age, so that the notice is not shown on every page.
• cv.cookies — records your answer to the storage notice, so that it is not shown again.

You can erase both at any time from the cookie page or by clearing site data in your browser.

3. Server logs

Like every website, this one is served by a hosting provider (Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Genève, Switzerland) which keeps technical logs — IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. These logs exist for security and to keep the service running, are not used to profile visitors, and are kept for a limited period by the provider before automatic deletion.

4. Information you give by telephone

If you call, send a message or take part in a verification process, the information you choose to share is used for one purpose only: arranging and confirming an engagement, and mutual safety.

• It is never sold, published, shared or used for marketing.
• Verification material is reviewed and then deleted; it is not archived.
• Messages and contact details are deleted when they are no longer needed, and immediately on request.
• Alternative verification arrangements can be discussed where professional confidentiality is particularly sensitive.

5. Third parties

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google when the page is displayed. No other external service is called by this website.

If you choose to write via WhatsApp, that conversation takes place on Meta's infrastructure and is subject to Meta's own privacy terms. A standard telephone call or SMS involves only your operator.

6. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may request access to the personal data held about you, its correction, its erasure, a restriction of its use, or object to its use. These requests are made by telephone and are honoured without delay.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country — in France, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

7. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection. Communications are kept on devices protected by access codes, and nothing relating to a guest is stored under a real name.

8. Changes

This notice may be updated. The version published here at the moment of your visit is the one that applies.
