Making an introduction creates no obligation on either side and does not guarantee acceptance. An introduction may be declined at any time, without explanation.

5. Reservations, retainers and cancellations

• Advance notice of 48 to 72 hours is preferred. Same-day availability is exceptional.
• A date is reserved only once the agreed confirmation arrangements have been completed.
• For evenings, travel and extended engagements, a reservation retainer of 50% is normally required.
• Late cancellation may result in the retainer being retained, because the time has been held exclusively for you.
• Where sufficient notice is given, every reasonable effort will be made to transfer the reservation to another mutually convenient date.
• Detailed confirmation conditions are communicated privately before any payment.

6. Conduct and consent

Every meeting depends upon continuous mutual consent. Either person may decline or discontinue anything at any moment, without negotiation, pressure or penalty.

Intoxication, aggressive behaviour, disrespect, recording of any kind without express agreement, or attempts to disregard agreed boundaries will end a meeting immediately, with no refund.

7. Intellectual property

All photographs, texts and graphic elements published on this website are protected. They may not be reproduced, republished, distributed, modified or used on any other website, platform, directory or social network without prior written permission.

8. Liability

This website is provided as it is. While its content is maintained with care, no guarantee is given as to its completeness or permanent availability. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only and imply no endorsement or responsibility for their content.
